Availability

How do I get one of your plushies?

We release groups of plushies during shop updates. Keep an eye out for update announcements! After the designated update time, you need to add the plushie to your cart and fully complete checkout.

When is your next Shop Update?

Shop updates are advertised in the newsletter, on this website, and on social media: Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. I typically try to have at least one per month and up to three or four during busy seasons.

Will you ever make more of ___?

I cannot guarantee I will ever have more of a particular plushie available. If you would like a certain design/fabric combo that is not currently available, you can purchase a commission slot
during any of my shop updates and have it made custom for you.

 

Pricing

How much are your plushies?

The price of any plushie is given in its listing on this website. We cannot give you the price of future-made plushies.

Why do the prices of your plushies vary?

Each plushie is unique. The cost of the materials and the time it takes to make a particular plushie varies, so pricing reflects that.

 

Store Policies

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do NOT currently accept returns or exchanges. We are a small shop and do not currently have the infrastructure in place to handle refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order - please do contact us and we will try to work with you towards a solution.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, and are doing our best to add EU shipping as soon as possible.
